A few things to note about our online directory.
- It is only viewable by invite only: An admin must allow access to our online directory. If a visitor comes to bethel and downloads the app, they can not see the directory.
- The directory is for regular attendees and members of bethel: We understand your personal information is not something you want easily shared. Admin will only add people to the directory that are attending Bethel regularly. If people stop attending Bethel, they will be removed from the directory.
- Having up-to-date information is important: Our online directory is an essential tool for our congregation and staff. Including your profile and household picture helps our staff learn faces and names faster. If you have not added pictures, please consider doing so. Also, updating your information when it changes will help us better communicate with you.
- Printed Directory: We will still print out a copy of our directory. We will be using our database from our online directory to do so.
- Only you can share your information on the Directory: Admin can not share your information in the online directory. It requires each person(household) invited to accept and share their household information. You can unlist your information at any time.
Quick Tutorial
You can download the app from here: https://bethelmarquette.com/our-app.html or access it from your computer here: https://bethelgroups.churchcenter.com/
This will show you how to update your information and pictures. You can do this from both the app and your computer.
Click on your picture(if you have it added)
Then click through again.
From here, you can view and edit what you want to be shared in the directory and update your household information.
In the directory profile, you can click on what information you want to be shared so that others can see it. To make it useful, please share at least an email and/or phone number. Allowing your profile picture is very helpful too. This is also where you can add a household photo.
If you notice incorrect information, you can update it from the household page. You can update contact information and profile pictures from this page.
Now you can check out the directory and see if all the information you shared is correct. Click the three dots at the bottom of your app(on the computer, it's the top right, and click more)). Click on the directory and find your information. You can view the directory by person or household. There is a toggle button at the top of the directory for this.
